Computer software and phone app works great. This is my third system the second one from Amazon. Returned both this one I will keep. It does everything I was looking for a system to do. Security ystem install. Went to setup my new security system That I received today. All went well until the unit was powered up. The nvr and monitor came on but the cameras are not visible. No worries…I called the 24/7/365 tech support number only to get a recording informing me that I would need to send them an email for support. What a disappointment!!!
