SWANN VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM FAILED I just installed the SWANN Surveillance System in my home and the first thing that popped out of the screen is Video Loss. I use a brand new LG monitor, brand new backup battery, and tried switching cameras and cables, but the video loss message is still there. High quality product, budget friendly price Works as expected. Cameras were easy to set up and add mobile app to phone and iPad. Highly recommend. This is my second camera system from Swann. I only upgraded for thermal capability. I will continue to use the Swann brand.
The most important thing to know is that it works with Google home. I like that fact that it was an easy setup. Cameras show a good quality video, just had to adjust the color on each camera.
