WARNING: BUTTON BREAKS OFF-HUAWEI WON’T HONOR WARRANTY The watch itself was amazing until the button popped off. I tried contacting Huawei, spent three hours on the phone with them, was told they’ll send me a shipping label so I can mail it back for repair… that was over a month ago. I’ve tried reaching out to them since but NO RESPONSE. Huawei, if you’re seeing this, my ticket number is: T525878-051317
Connectivity issues, terrible customer support The watch started to bug out after a few months. It has terrible connectivity issues. Sometimes notifications will go through but most of the time they never appear on the watch.Normally I would simply return it but Huawei has been terrible with their customer support. I have called and emailed them over ten times and haven’t gotten a response.I simply want to warranty this watch since I just bought a little bit ago and it is still under the manufacturers warranty but…
Battery life is horrible The battery life deteriorated dramatically over a very short period of time. I would charge it every night and used to last the whole day for about 2 weeks then suddenly it won’t last even half the day (about 6 hrs). I have it on battery saver mode in case someone thinks I didn’t do that ! Also connection to the android wear app is unreliable and keeps disconnecting on its own. But the battery problem is a huge one. A total waste of money as I got to use it for only about 2 weeks.
