Excellent laptop at a great price. There seems to more than one variety of this item but I got the one with 16GB RAM and the 500GB SSD. It has a 1920×1080 HD touch screen (the screen was advertised as only1366 x 768, but I checked the screen resolution on mine and it is 1920 x 1080). I bought this because my 13 year old HP laptop was too slow to watch youtube videos and was very slow on browsing some online stores with lots of pictures. Lightweight but Easily Scratched Up I like that it’s pretty lightweight for the size. I hate that the outer design is easily scratched and that I have to buy a case for the outer parts of it, now it just looks weird. Not sure why HP switched to this new odd look. It also has a delay in connecting wirelessly sometimes, but restarting or running the Troubleshooter tool seems to usually fix it quickly.
Works well Pretty good deal for staff that needed a good laptop and using multiple applications for patient care the memory can handle everything without issue and the touch screen is also a nice feature as well as battery life.
