Great gaming monitor! However… I purchased this MSI MPG341CQR monitor to replace my Acer ED242QR monitor. Yes, both monitors are curved and have a 144hz refresh rate, but what really caught my eye with this MSI monitor was the 21:9 aspect ratio, 1440p display, Adaptive Sync, “HDR 400,” and the “1ms response time” (more on that later).First impressions: Wow. Amazing value and quality. Great monitor. Comes with an awesome stand that height adjusts-swivels/pivots. The VA panel that’s used could be better in regards to transitions from darker colors but this is a traditional weakness of VA panels and not out of the ordinary. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase. Make sure you have a gpu with DP 1.4 to take full advantage of this monitors features.
