Discrepancies in the description and details. After purchasing these for business I am not at all pleased The details show it having a touch screen. It does not. I missed this discrepancy but was still willing to work with the laptop over returning. I also based the purchase on the description stating it has 802.11ac Wi-Fi. But, it’s an 802.11b/g/n adapter. Coupled with Windows 10–Too many bugs that cannot be easily fixed. I needed a laptop that supported windows 10 pro and found this. Thought it was a reasonable price until I received it and tried to set it up. It comes with Windows 10 Pro, but it won’t update. It comes with Microsoft Edge, but it won’t maintain a connection with the internet. I tried to download Google Chrome, got a message on how much faster and better Microsoft Edge is which is odd since at times Edge couldn’t even recognize the Bing search engine (and they are both Microsoft products.) NOT SOLID STATE DRIVE!!! This products wasnât as advertised, not a solid state drive as stated. It ran soooooooo slow. I had to return this item. I was given a full refund and promptly which I appreciate. I would have appreciated the actual product more so!
