Overall, defintely worth it. So far I’m giving this 5 stars because of a combination of ALMOST everything working and awesome customer support. 7 out of 8 cameras work great! The 8th one did as well for most the time but just stopped working for no reason. After a single email asking if I could exchange it for a functional camera, I had a response and another camera in the mail within 24 hours with a prepaid shipping label for the nonworking camera. A DIY dream Very high resolution cameras and a dvr that can fit into a desk drawer or small wall mount cabinet. Easy to set up. I install large scale commercial security systems for a living and this is a very good choice for your home or small office.
If you’re cable runs are longer than 60′, order some 100′ cables when you order your system. Samsung camera quality is great! Kit came with all 60′ cables. Had a few locations that needed longer cables, had to order some 100′. Easy set up. Unbelievable video quality at night! Infrared illuminators in the cameras are incredible for a camera at this price point. No outside lights needed even though I have plenty. Turned off all of my outside lights and could still see everything.
