Good product but buyer beware!! Updated 6/5/2018 I really think this is a 5 star product and I was ready to give it 5 stars and explanation follows. Received the product timely and all parts were present. Installation is very easy if you follow the included instructions and photos. The most important part is making sure the terminal block screws are screwed down tightly on the stripped wires. The stripped wire end will typically be multistrand copper wires and after stripping the wire ends, insert into the terminal block and tightly screw…
Warranty Is A Joke If youâre buying this for the lifetime guarantee- donât! The company does not stand behind its product. They find any excuse not to replace a faulty unit. Very frustrating!
Not what it’s supposed to be. Does not stop … Not what it’s supposed to be. Does not stop surges as it was advertised too. Called progressive industries to ask a question and that’s when I found out it was basically a unit that tells you if the electrical was wired up correctly or not, it does not stop surges or protect anything. For that kind of protection, you need EMS-PT30x or the 50x model. Pic is the unit that has surge, over current, under currrent, wrong wiring, etc.
