Sony messed up a good thing I returned it. While the picture quality remains excellent just like the previous versions, it is not any better with this addition. The biggest problem I had was that they removed the built in ND filter! I use this function a lot for video and photos. I thought the longer lens would be a nice addition, but you loose too much light as you zoom. It is unfortunate because I have owned several RX100s (mark 2 and 4) and absolutely loved them.
