Kuna products are great Loved this kuna product, I have 3 coach lights and two toucan cameras. The coach light cameras are wonderful much more reliable than my Ring doorbell. The set up was so easy, that I didn’t need customer service. Ring has great customer service, but I’ve had to call them like twelve times and returned the doorbell twice. However the Ring floodlights work fine, I have two of those also. Purchased my 3 coach lights from Costco.
Stopped working after a year. Purchased Aug 2017, worked great up until it stopped working after a year. Will not turn on and cannot detect with app. I sent a message to customer support will update once I get a response.
So far! So Good! So far its been great! Read all the bad press on this camera, had me thinking alot and still thinking. Maybe and hopefully it continues to work like it has been.I will give it 41/2 stars out of 5.Working well for me
