Best in Class Autofocus Coming from Lumix G7 and G85, the autofocus was always problematic. Not so with the Sony a6500. Best in class autofocus by far! Paired with the 10-18mm f4.0 and 35mm f1.8, you’re armed for most shoots! The 16-50 and 55-210 kit lenses included in this set offer you a full complement of shooting options. While I still love the Lumix G85 paired with the 12-35 f.28, there’s no matching the a6500’s superior autofocus.
Always take a pic Ordered as gift for new baby.Excellent cameraLots of stuff with itBought for a non-camera person. This camera body is easily expandable for professional level lens (I have one as back up body). Works well and can video as well.Sound is the only issue but easily corrected.Recommend highly even without the extras.
It’s a no-brainer to pick this over the stand-alone listing. The Sony A6500 is the best value for a mirrorless UHD camcorder on the market. This kit comes with so many extras, it’s a no-brainer to pick this over the stand-alone listing. However the SD card is not U3 capatible (from the date I bought it, Feb 8th, 2018), so no recording UHD at 100mbits from the get-go. That’s okay though, 60mbps looks stunning if you shoot the exposure as close as possible to your final result.
