Activity App is a huge disappointment. Watch is way too fragile. Not for active people I had a fitbit that cost a fraction of what this cost. It was much better at tracking activity and exercise. You can walk for 20 minutes and it will show you walked for 2 minutes. If you climb 20 flights of stairs over the course of a day it may say you did 3 flights. Support, so far, is no help. This app is so frustrating that it may actually make you say to hell with it and exercise less. It’s a shame because the watch does have some other very useful functions. From my past experience with Apple it seems odd that they would put out something so poorly designed.Update: the crystal is now broken. It is extremely fragile. I canât tell you how much I regret buying this watch. They want $299 to fix a $400 watch. Save yourself aggravation and money and do not buy this poorly designed product.
Great addition, but not necessary.. (read review) I really like this watch for the health aspects, as well as being able to respond to texts and calls quickly when away from my phone. Unfortunately, it does require your phone for pretty much everything and you canât even play music over the speaker, making it useless except for calls. You can use Bluetooth headphones with it, but it kinda sucks that you have to. The ECG is a really nice addition, but again, not super necessary (at least for me). Still – as an accessory – this is a really solid device and I use it quite a lot more than I thought I would. The fact that I can easily answer calls when driving is a huge plus, since I missed a lot of them before since I obviously didnât want to look away from the road or take my hands off the steering wheel to grab my cell phone. If you would like an accessory for convienience and health monitoring, I recommend it – itâs just nothing revolutionary otherwise. Itâs also sucks that you have to buy a lot of the apps… I know thatâs not apples…
