I was loyal Dell customer, until buying this laptop! When reviewing laptops I was a little surprised to see how inexpensive this unit was, given the specs. As the old adage goes, you get what you pay for! If you are looking for a solid unit with a reasonably fast processor and a SSD drive, this is not it. I’ve owned several Dell computers over the years (1 desktop and 2 laptops). nightmare! had to send back to Dell after spending days trying to fix. Still nothing was supposed to be new… Dell said it was not new. Now Dell has had it for two weeks, I can’t even return it!
Great computer for what I do. I don’t do games, but I do watch movies and it’s great for that. I love this thing. It’s plenty fast for what I do which is watching movies, surfing, typeing Bible Studies, and what have you. Love the SSD. The case is well built and strong, the computer is clean looking, no flash and the price was great. I’m very happy with this purchase and would buy it again.
