Huge Scratch on the Face. Update Great Customer Service. I just received the watch yesterday. It came with a plastic screen cover over it. After I took the screen cover off I found the huge scratch on the face. I wouldnât mind minor improfections but not on the face!!! I would like a replacement please.Update I received a replacement and itâs perfect! Customer service is superb!!!

Watch was as good as new 5 stars for the watch itself. Even though this is advertised as “refurbished,” mine came in perfect condition. No scratches on the face and it also included one of the chargers for the watch. Mine came with the M/L sport band but did not come with the S/M sized band. Battery life has been good on the watch – I am able to go about 1.5 – 2 days on a single full charge, even with GPS and Cellular on.
