Thin, be careful in handling. Includes pouches. Various filters, good selection. This is a great filter set for the price. The filters are thin, so harder to handle, but I think they’re acceptable. Be careful in handling multiple times to insure you don’t have finger and thumb prints on the filters cases. The 10 filters come in 3 pouches, one labeled ”Vivitar series 1”, the other two ”Allura”. They are: 1- UV (Ultraviolet Filter) or Sky filter, 2- CPL (Circular Polarizing Filter), 3- FLD (Florescent Filter), 4x Macro lenses +1, +2, +4, +10 and are threaded on both sides to enable multiple filter addition. +1, and +4 filters will give you a +5 macro filter, etc. The other 3x are 8- ND2, 9- ND4, 10- ND8. All are labeled, mine are 58mm and fit the 55mm lenses I have. Note the NDs and FLD are dark, so you must add to aperture or time the lens is open. Great set. Good buy.
High quality for little $ While I typically subscribe to the “you get what you pay for” frame of mind, the three orders I’ve placed with these guys thus far have shown me that on occasion it is possible to get more than you pay for. I find the quality of all items I’ve received to be very high, and everything performing beautifully, for less money than I’d expect to pay for what I got. At this point I’ll be checking for camera add-ons with this company first. Hoping they will make a perfectly matched thumb rest for the XT10 at some point (pretty please :)).
