Horrible response time The power cord is defective and cannot support the unit. Donât bother calling tech support nor this seller as neither of them will address this. They will continue to send you replacement units until you get one that works. I have wasted so much time just getting this to work and they still wonât address my issue with one of the cameras not working. Prepare to get the runaround after purchase.
