Hopefully it gets a BIOS update soon I’ve been using this motherboard close to since the Ryzen 3000 series launch and it works fairly well. This however is one of the motherboards that currently has the issue of high idle voltage on the CPU, as well as not being able to reach max boost clocks. My Ryzen 5 3600X well only hit a 4.1GHZ boost, despite never exceeding 68C, meaning my 3600X is performing essentially worse than a standard 3600 due to these issues and how the new Ryzen boost clocks work. The idle voltage on the CPU is…
I/O shield may block radiator and fan support If you look closely at the included picture you will see in my mid tower corsair carbide 275r that I was unable to add a 3rd fan because of the io shield other than that slight issue had all the pins I needed and finally up to date usb ports. Board temps stayed at 35c and had great packaging.
Defective DIMM Love the board, but DIMM A1 is defective will need to exchange it when ASUS gets inventory again.
