Sensor and Processor
Designed to be as sleek as possible, the ZS100 incorporate a large 1-inch 20MP high sensitivity MOS sensor which enables you to click clear and detailed photos even in low light. The sensor also pairs with a Venus Engine image processor which produces high image quality and integrates noise reduction system to an expanded ISO 25600. Contrasting this, the large rear 3-inch LCD touchscreen is best-suited for clear image review, menu navigation.
Leica DC Vario-Elmarit 10x Zoom Lens
Complementing these imaging attributes is a Leica DC Vario-Elmarit lens, which provides a 25-250mm equivalent focal length range, along with 5-axis Hybrid O.I.S. to minimize the appearance of camera shake for sharper handheld shooting. The image stabilization system enables a unique level shot function that automatically detects the horizontal line of the recording image and keeps it level during shooting which helps to achieve greater shooting stability.

I already have the Panasonic FZ1000 and I love it. When I saw this We never, ever check a bag, and we travel a lot. I already have the Panasonic FZ1000 and I love it. When I saw this, and I knew I needed a backup camera, this selection seemed to hit the spot. The operation and guts are similar to the FZ1000, and the small form factor fits our travel packing perfectly. The selection of items were decent and included a padded wrist strap that was not on the list shown. The SD card was correct in its writing speed. The batteries work well. I like this camera…
Great travel camera I just received the camera and have not yet used it extensively, only made some test pictures. I bought the camera for its 1″ sensor and Leica 10 times optical zoom lens and small physical size. The camera has a ton of features. I am not sure I will use any but the basic ones that have served me well over the years. Not rating it 5 stars because the camera lacks a swiveling LCD screen. Great camera but control buttons are too close to on/off switch I upgraded from an early model Lumix to this, really for the sole purpose of being able to save larger size files, but wowser, the photo quality is so much better. The colors are perfect, meaning accurately reflecting the colors of the original. My only gripe, and reason I downgraded from 5 to 4 stars, is that some of the controls are too close to the on/off switch and I’m repeatedly hitting them unintentionally and I don’t have big hands.The other thing… I didn’t find…
