Great Product – EXCELLENT TECH SUPPORT I ordered this computer and when it arrived, the first one had an issue with the Operating System not loaded correctly. I talked to tech support, Paul, and he was very nice and WANTING to help me. We decided to send this unit back and have a new one shipped. Received second computer and it had the same issue. Big Value Fast Machine Plenty of power at a reasonable price. Setup was was pretty straightforward, however, needed some assistance with my NAS drives. If you donât know what a NAS drive is than your experience will be even easier. (Update 11/11/18) I’d like to add that the support from the seller is exemplary. Had a minor glitch due to a recent Microsoft update which was resolved in under 10 minutes. Tech support by this seller rates a 10 out of 10
They are quick to take care of a problem! I had an issue activating Windows 10 right off the bat!Sent an email asking for help and within a few minutes got a call from Paul who remoted into the computer and verified everything was correctly set-up.As it turns out Windows had an update that messed with activation and a quick re-boot fixed the issue.Thank you Paul for your quick response and peace of mind!
