The camera quality is great – HORRIBLE app and reliability though. The color night vision is really good and the motion detection works perfectly. I love that you can draw the area you want to motion detection to be active for. This made it perfect for setting it up since we have a shared driveway so that I exclude our neighbors half of the driveway.The biggest complaint I have is how unreliable the Ring devices are. They do work some of the time but I’ve noticed many times it will not record the video and instead the video saved will just be black…

Certainly does not “look like new” Product arrived with clear exterior damage. This raises obvious questions as to the integrity of the “testing and certification to look and work like new”.
