Great cameras and system, suspect technical support. I originally ordered this from amazon but the package never arrived. Great system & Great price The quality of these cameras dying all hours of the day is outstanding. I purchase the system a couple weeks ago and finally had the chance to do the install and it was well worth the time and money. The only thing that I have noticed so far about this system is the sensitivity of the motion sensors. A poor excuse for 4K but the system works good The 4K is not what you’d hope for. If you think you are going to be able to zoom in on a face or lic plate think AGAIN. Even when viewing video on a 4K monitor, I don’t think it’s really any better than the 5M cameras and I have both. Over all the POE system work very good. The directions for the system details and setup are lacking in a big way.
