Customer Video Review Length:: 0:10 Mins Bad HDD, loud sound coming from the HDD and running at 100% off the bat. RPM should be 5200 so it shouldnât run at such capacity and its randomly blacking out while using it. Blacks out and then takes me to my log in. I work on IT and am confident its the HDD

Boat anchor with lovey support Terrible slow unit. Dell says hardware ok and canât check software that was loaded on unit without a service plan. Even though itâs under 30 days old. I havenât install anything extra than what came with it. Also I was told never use support assist dell application, dell says it creates issues.
