Have had for about 12 hours and it hasn’t worked properly yet. This Chromebook came to me in a box with NO PADDING. It’s doing things inadvertently and won’t stop. I can’t get any work done because it just closes browser windows, opens random browser windows in my current window or another window and pulls me into it. It’s crazy. It also keeps opening bookmark folders. I’ve followed ALL the fix steps up to factory reset with no change. That’s what I’ve been doing for the 12 hours since receiving it, to no avail. It just have gotten damaged in shipping…

Just as good as brand-new I ordered this refurbished chromebook and so far, it works perfectly, and looks just like new (no scratches or anything). I’ve gotten it as a gift for a student so I haven’t extensively used it, but after a little stress testing (opening tons of Chrome tabs, doing a Hangouts session, etc.) it seems to hold up pretty well.
