Out of the box experience underwhelming This Canon imageCLASS D1650 product has been superior to the former Brother multifunction printer we used previously. It appears to be better built, can accommodate more paper, and prints faster than the Brother device.However, the out of the box experience was disappointing. Best Laser Print Quality, Super Fast, Quality Build, Higher Toner Cost But Worth It I have bought several all-in-one monochrome laser printers over the years from Brother, Lexmark, and HP. 1st month, so for so good. This cannon is a nice upgrade from the IR3225. The only thing I have issues with is the iFax option. It does not seem to like Gmail POP settings. I hired an IT team to take a look at what’s the communication issue and the said they’re going to have to code something on our server-side that will allow the printer to communicate with Gmail.
