Squeaky sound comes when folding from the right side I just received this product. In general it looks fine. I like the touch screen but I expected a better quality from Dell. I have been using Mac for a long time and switching to something which makes squeaky noise when folding the screen really bothers me. Idk if everybody is experiencing this weird sound. This is a clear manufacturing and quality problem. I thought that Dell is a respected company and would not experience this kind of simple problems before buying this. In addition to this…
Love It! Been looking for a new touchscreen laptop since my kids cracked the screen on my last one. Ended up getting one better than I planned for the price I was willing to spend thanks to the Amazon 5 payment option. Everything works great with it so far and I couldn’t be happier. Careful with the payment option though, for some reason every time I’ve gotten something that way the first charge is on my account twice while pending. One goes away once it clears but for a few days it ties up extra money!
Dell can be iffy… So i purchased 3 of these laptops for our office. 2 worked fine, however 1 had a hardware issue and we had to replace it. It seems everytime i buy Dell there is an issue with at least one device. Quality control issue for sure. Thankfully i buy from Amazon and was able to return and replace the defective device easily.
