It’s a winner! I received this laptop yesterday.It was easy to set up,the Windows 10 update took about 20 minutes.This laptop is super fast,nice bright screen and the keyboard has a good feel to it and very responsive.I did a lot of research on different laptops before choosing this one and I am super happy with my choice.
Nice display, good writing and presentation machine I’m using this for writing, and for client presentations. Charges very quickly, and lasts maybe 4-1/2 hrs. The only time it discharged faster, I didn’t connect to any wifi, and I didn’t turn on airplane mode. It went through almost 80% of power in less than an hour and a half. So far, I’m very pleased with it.

We purchased this computer and upon arrival it had issues with the key board. After 3 weeks of using the computer the LCD/LED panel failed, as did the motherboard. We had to mail the computer back to HP and after 4 weeks of waiting for the box, going through the process and getting the computer back – we couldn’t log in! I called HP customer support and was hung up because there is no model name…
