Worst Investment Ever This laptop does NOT WORK WITH WIFI. Only after purchasing it did I see the thousands of online complaints about the WIFI losing connection all the time. It makes it effectively useless in today’s age – what use is a laptop that cannot connect to the internet?I have followed every online suggestion, and none work. How can HP continue to actively sell something that has a known issue such as this. In my opinion, this is nothing short of fraud! I will NEVER touch anything ever again…
The wifi keeps cutting out I have tried two of these already and the laptop wifi keeps cutting out. It’s not just at home, it happens with any wifi almost, anywhere.Everything else is great about this laptop, but how can HP possibly release this laptop with such a big issue.I have requested a return, waiting to hear back from customer service.
Wifi issues galore! I bought this in late March for an employee and found the wifi issues to be a problem right out of the box. If you use WPA2-PSK, expect it to drop your connection like a hot potato every few minutes. If you’re using RADIUS, the connection is fine. There’s enough of a documented issue with these reviews and some online forums that indicate HP should do something, but they haven’t. Returned the product.
