Great Value Wonderful lenses for the price. I have a Nikon D3400 and the quality of the photos are crisp and beautiful with the macro lens inparticular. The wide angle lens captures a great range and is perfect for landscape or real estate.
Perfect macro and wide angle for D3400! Both lenses are awesome and just what I needed to “round off” my set. I have the Nikon D3400 (for which these are fully compatible, per Nikon’s website) and messed around with some off brand/low-cost macro and wide angle lenses. The off-brand macro ones were okay, but kind of tedious. The off-brand wide angle ones were horrible. This seemed like a great price for two name-brand lenses, so wanted to try them out. I think I’ll let my photos speak for themselves. Will update with more of the wide-angle lens photos when I take more with that lens. Thus far I am very happy with them!
What fun! The wide-angle does seem to show some distortion … What fun! The wide-angle does seem to show some distortion at 10mm, but it’s quite forgiveable. It’s capable of such wide angles it can sometimes be overwhelming trying to get a good composition. Even though the lens does seem to bulge, there’s just enough room to fit filters. The macro is also very good. I especially love the fact that you can override the autofocus on the fly by simply turning the focus ring – no need to flip a switch.For this kind of price, this kit can really expand your photography possibilities. Well worth the money!
