Recommend beautiful and a great price Love it was easy to put together with instructions the actual heating element comes separately and works very well we use just for the lighting affect but did turn it on to make sure and it really brought our dining room together recommend if this is something you are looking for
Horrible customer service, loud sound coming from Belleze fireplace heater Bought this recently took awhile to put together and had to wait for both units to come separately. When the TV stand arrived the box was beat up and there was damage to it but thankfully it’s in the back so you can’t see it. The heater makes noise constantly a loud humming sound even when its on just the fire display. Emailed them and didn’t hear back for four days so decided to call and tell them about this sound and they said it was normal and they never heard of anyone saying the heater…
I didnât follow anyoneâs review. I got it anyway I was skeptical about it. Donât freak out if your package arrives without a fireplace it arrives the next day or so. My husband put it together he had to make some hole inserts that were missing on the wood but no biggie! I love it in our living room. Love the rustic theme of the stand. Not bad for the price. Itâs not heavy and not to cheaply made or to sturdy. Definitely worth itâs price in my opinion.
