A review from someone who actually bought it First things first. If you buy a 2080 or something and you’re expecting a giant leap in performance, forget it; you’re best off saving your money. Great GPU, but not worth upgrading I have been using an ASUS 1080 Ti Turbo for over a year now. I wanted to try the 2080 Super in hopes of a more powerful, quieter, and cooler card. My 1080 Ti was a decent over clocker for a blown style card, running at 2050MHz. The 2080 Super XC Ultra can barely over clock do to the factory OC. Depending on what youre upgrading from this is good, or very meh I was coming from a 1080 ftw hybrid, the benchmarks for 1080s vs this card showed roughly a 30-50% increase in FPS. Unfortunately I must have won the silicon lottery with my 1080 and lost it here, because I only gained about 15-30% in most of the games I benchmarked.That said, the 2080 super is a very capable card.
