Not worth the money Only used twice, but only once successfully. The second time, we returned to our camper to have no power going to it. After troubleshooting it, we determined it was the surge protector. Worse yet, all reviews I read stated their customer service was fantastic and they stand by their product, thus giving replacements. Sadly that did not happen for us. I am left here with a piece of junk that failed after 1 use this camping season. How disappointing.
Progressive Industries honored their âLifetime Warrantyâ We purchased the EMS-PT30X about 11 months ago and used it for 6 or 7 trips. While using it recently, power abruptly when off in the RV. The EMS showed no error; however, no power was being passed through to the RV. We spoke to the âafter hours tech supportâ on Sunday afternoon and he said to file a Warranty Claim online. 7 days per week tech support is propaganda only Failed immediately of box. Saturday noon and 7 days per week technical support is non existent. Very expensive gadget that is useless. 1000 miles from home and we need power. Had to direct connect to power support.
