Inaccurate description and defective product and horrible user experience We just cannot believe this is a best seller product with over 10K reviews on Amazon.So far, we are not sure whether Amazon ships us the defective products TWICE or every product has this same symptom. If the latter is the case, Amazon should modify the product description to match the truth. The product/package contains 6 cameras, however, without upgrading to the prime membership with netgear Arlo system to be able to use all six cameras, this is just a 5 camera system…
Doesn’t Live up to Exepctations I have been using these for a few weeks and find many problems with them.1. They are slow to turn on so by the time they start recording, you miss whatever caused the motion sensor in the first place.2. It doesn’t seem to work all the time. I have them set for motion activity and it doesn’t record many times when there is continuous motion.3. For some reason it records in 10 second bursts instead of recording the whole time that there is motion.4. The batteries die…
Good Cameras, LOTS of Promise! There is a LOT of good to be said about the Arlo cameras and system, so please do not get hung up on some of the minor, negatives. I just want to fairly share my full experience.Negative: I purchased the 6-camera, Arlo system to find that only FIVE cameras are included in the basic “membership” for monitoring, at no addition charge or annual subscription fee.
