Customer service is awesome especially Melody My residence is so long I wasn’t receiving a signal on two of my cameras which were the furthest from my NVR. I called and got the assistance from Melody who shipped an IPC device which is a repeater between the camera and the NVR. My wife and I tried to figure it out but to know avail. I called Melody again and she walked me through the setup of it and then helped me with learning the system capabilities and all the different pages. Great Night Vision Just installed the Safevant 8ch 2TB NVR Security System a few days ago, all cameras installed worked great with the wifi signals except for one which was a distance of 55ft on front porch. I had to go through too many walls in my home. With help from Molody I was able to run ethernet cable directly to NVR unit, but still needed help with it as it didn’t recognize the camera.
