Great hardware, not so great software… The hardware is good quality and everything setup and worked perfect right out of the box. The software loaded up easily and so did the android and iPhone apps. The picture quality is good day and night and even the audio works fairly well.Mine did come with CAT5 cables, six 100′ and six 60′ foot that are good quality, but the strain reliefs prevent the use of the rubber seal in the water tight connectors. Not an issue for me since I drilled holes for the cables to route inside…
very clear image but was not crazy about design on … very clear image but was not crazy about design on cameras it self..back of cameras were kind of open and the company does not make a pedestal for them so you need to get creative with them and install a rubber cap to prevent water from coming in.
Dependability Camera quality is great. Customer service is awesome. However, the applications to view remotely are basically useless. I’ve made four calls to support. They get me online. Unfortunately, I can never log in again. Just spent a day at home to have another service call. Then headed out of town on a business trip and cannot log into my system from phone app or computer.
