Worth the money,replaced after other Swann system took a lightning strike Had to buy this second swan security system as the first got a lightning spike that zapped it,the dvr,cable,modem and phone. It was hooked to modem for phone app and got cooked. This one is 1080 vs the 5 megapixel I had,but it has more of a fish eye view which covers a much larger area,which is great.still crystal clear with a 24 inch monitor.
