NVR defective, nonexistent support The NVR came defective on arrival (no boot cycle, just powers on to the two lights on the front remaining solid) and I had the worst customer support experiences that I have ever had with any sort of electronics company. Great product This is my second Swann product and once again, no regrets at all.Installation took me about 8 hours and the POE made it very easy. Picture quality is excellent and the motion alerts were very easy to set up. I had two minor issues that I called customer support for and hold times were less than 5 minutes each time. Great System for anyone – I’ve never had a security camera system before, and my installer recommended this one. The only glitch so far was after getting the cameras and wires put up, the first DVR didn’t work out of the box.
