Great picture, price, and customer service but only thru text. When I went to set up the system I had questions. There was no customer service contact information and the Instructions in the box are crap!. You will have to call Amazon to get a USA number. Very good bang for the buck. Pictures are just as the sun is setting and the night time images are basically total darkness. I have bought 4 different brands of cameras and these are just as good as the others. Ended up buying a 5th one of these.
