The FB Support person saved the day – otherwise I would have returned it! I was very frustrated with this system and ready to return it, but the FB person who did customer support absolutely saved the day. They are the main reason for my review. The camera system quality day and night are much superior to the system we had previously. We got the hard wired system as we had that before and like the quality and not using our WiFi bandwidth. After finally getting the camera system installed I was pretty happy with the cameras and DVR After finally getting the camera system installed I was pretty happy with the cameras and DVR, HOWEVER when I could not get the remote viewing set up on my phone and computer I attempted to contact Zosi Tech services. Apparently there is no way to communicate with them by phone, you can only e-mail or messenger them on FB Messenger. DVR Very Noisy After going through the camera installation all day (crawling through my attic insulation all day), I hooked up my cameras to the DVR and noticed the fan in the DVR makes a horribly loud humming sound.
