This summer, my 4 year old accidentally threw it in the trash can and although I looked through 6 tons of garbage at the local transfer station for 3 hours in 90 degree heat, I couldn’t find it…bummer. So, after we got $3000 back from insurance (ouch, it appreciated from $3000 to $6300 in 12 years and I never updated my policy!!), we had to buy her a new one. Was hesitant buying it on Amazon vs. the Cartier store, but due to the fact it was a replacement, and we only got $3000 from insurance, we went for it. Everything went great. The concierge service is very helpful and attentive, and over communicates with you to give you the comfort that you are not throwing away $5,100 and getting burned on the internet in some scam on a knockoff.
