It’s pricey and it’s heavy but I think it’s the best carry around lens if you can handle the weight. solid well-made and a good investment as you’ll get lots of your money back if you take care of it.
Great product but poor secure packaging I gave this a 4 out of 5 stars because my package arrived with the box damaged. I bought a very expensive and delicate piece of technology (Nikon 24-70mm) lens and there was nothing securing the lens from the bouncing during transport. The lens no doubt got jumbled around. I saw other reviews who also had the same experience as me. That said, the lens appears to be in very excellent condition appearance wise and functionality wise! I am very satisfied with this purchase!
Glass matters the most! This is my favorite lens. This is my only zoom lens. Performance is excellent. Heavy well built lens.
