I am a mobile teacher and as such have a cart that this rides on. The neck falls lower and lower with any jostling of moving cart between classrooms but still works. Was later assigned a room due to increase in class sizes I teach. Elmo has not moved at all for last 8 months. This morning Elmo will not turn on. The on button remains red and will not click to blue. It is under warranty but…
