Great price but my product was defective The product seemed like a great bargain. My device did ship with a DVD drive. Unfortunately my laptop had a hardware defect where it would “flicker” when in low brightness. The “flicker” was a max brightness continuous flash. I called Dell and got a replacement. The replacement was NOT the same device that I purchased but it was an acceptable compromise.I gave it 3 stars because Dell was very understanding.
EXCEPTIONAL BUY!!!! This is an exceptional buy for the price!!!! I just love the touch screen feature, & yes it took a couple of weeks to receive but well worth the wait, I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to get what they pay for. Thanks for making it SO AFFORDABLE, I bought this for my daughter as a gift & now after receiving it I want the same exact one for myself. Thanks again from a more than satisfied customer.
Laptop computer Best computer I bought so far from Amazon the other two went back because they were refurbished this was brand new better that way .
