Does not meet minimum expectations of “computer” In this laptop’s defense, Windows 10 is trash, and probably the majority of the problem. I kind of feel sorry for it… I think if this thing were running 7 or 8.1 it might be fine. The slim design is nice and they even managed to put a disk drive in this thing.My expectations were not unreasonable; I expected it to turn on and run several programs I have successfully run for years on other laptops with much lower specs. Defective!!! UPDATE It worked great for 12 hours then it stated to freeze. I have tried to fix the problem for 2 days. I am getting a refund which was easy and free.This is a great laptop, it is quick and powerful. It is sturdy but light, The laptop is still cool after 9 hours of use. Return x 2 Sadly, returns on initial purchase and also the replacement, both defective. I still like ASUS, but this particular laptop was a mistake.
