DON’T BUY Don’t waste your money on this! It is so slow! Right when I first got it and booted it up, was pegged at 100% cpu and disk without me downloading or installing a single program, due to all the pre installed garbage they put on it, and it remained pegged until I shut it down, which wasn’t for hours later. Spend the extra money and get the same laptop with core i3 instead, that’s what I did, and they are like totally different laptops, even though just the cpu is different.
Okay machine, will get the job done. I got this laptop knowing that it wasn’t high end because I needed something to be able to take to public wifi to job hunt and do various things online. It was incredibly slow when I got it, so I removed a bunch of apps and programs that came on it and installed ones that I like. In general now the computer itself runs fine, but there is something with either the internet or my choice of browser that it does not like. Nice Basic Internet Connector An inexpensive and very functional notebook computer. Solid state hard drive makes it very fast but it lacks enough memory and graphics processing for anything like serious gaming. A great buy for basic word processing, spreadsheets and internet connections. Good keyboard and enough USB ports to connect a mouse for those who like myself are touch pad and touch screen impaired by arthritis.
