Pretty much like new. I bought the 15 inch version of this laptop(the M4800) a few months back. I believe from these same guys. Just like that laptop, when I took this one out of the box, I was amazed by the condition it was in. It truly looked like a brand new laptop. I saw no blemishes, scuffs or anything.
