Great GPS. This GPS works great. I pull doubles for a living and I love that you can configure it for doubles and triples, I also like how well it sets up with my smartphone with the traffic, traffic works much better with my phone, then through the plug on the other Garmin GPS. Very accurate so far.
Features are great, navigation not so much. Most features are great, display is great, everything is great down to the suction cup besides the main part. Navigation on garmins are horrible. Even with shortest route applied, it’ll usually bring you a longer way. In truck mode, even with size of vehicle is entered, brings you down loads of dead end roads, roads that don’t exist etc etc. Google maps is a lot better and no purchase of a separate unit is required. This may be only the case for Maine and New Hampshire, so unsure how it is in…
Trustworthy This is packed full of features. Sort the truck stops by name and features. Tells you five miles from a weigh station. I have been using this three weeks now and I am not disappointed. Only issue I have is with the speed limits. This is due to mapping. You are in a 65 and says it’s 55 or sometimes you are in a 35 but shows 45-55. Watch the signs to ensure safe speeds. I recommend this for a normal sized GPS. You really don’t need the huge ones as you are mostly listening to it while…
