Was this a new product No where in the information did this say it was a refurbished product but there are a lot of problems with this computer. I have never bought an HP that I didn’t like, but this one takes a long time to boot up and then it is very slow moving between sites or even bringing up a site. I compared the processor with the current HP’s I have in my office and it was suppose to be a better processor but the lag time is so bad I am going to have to replace it already and it is only a couple of weeks…
Great computer, easy on the eyes! We are in the process of updating our office (hence the photos of the computer currently being in the dining room, donât mind that!) and decided to invest in a desk top. We have an older laptop (mac book) but we donât often use that or our Kindle because our phones essentially act as the same things these days). Do not buy In the first few weeks this was a great system. The past two days it is nearly useless. It is molasses slow. Minutes to start, minutes to load a web page…locks up….horrible system. It is being returned.
