Very disappointed. Computer out of box did not work. During set up, fingerprint scanner was found to be non-operational and keyboard lighting not working. Lenovo tech. support, after several hours on the telephone trying to repair and difficult language barrier, instructed me to send it to their repair location via Fed Ex. Three weeks later I received computer back with note that it had been repired. Nope! Same issues. It was if they hadn’t even looked at it. So, repeating the phone charade with them a…
Very disappointed I recieved the item and it did not work. When turned on it immediately had an error message. I went to the Lenovo site to see what I could do and it asked me to register it, I input the serial only to find out that the item was registered on August 3, 2019. I purchased said item on October 12, 2019. I sent the item back on October 14 and as of today the replacement is still processing. I am very disappointed.
Great laptop for programmers & students I bought this laptop for school work. I do a lot programming, and this laptop is great for that. Large screen, decent keyboard, good touch pad, and good performance. For school and work, unless your workload includes a lot of video and photo editing, I would recommend this laptop.
