stopped working after 3 days – hits a black screen you get what you paid for :(! This seller charges 20% restocking fee . So you loose money if laptop stopped working in few days!!! I got a black screen on windows start up and it never worked again even after reseting / restarting. MS support asked for paid support.
Products coming with Windows 10 – S mode enabled can confuse customer On Jan. 16th I wrote a review about a new laptop I bought my sister. And I gave it a one star because Windowscould not be activated and an error message was indicating that Windows was unable to update and that perhapsthe product key needed to loaded into the system. Windows comes bundled with any mention of the product keythat is identified with this laptop.Apparently, Windows 10 now comes with S mode enabled for security against the download of any non Microsoft…
Lots of computer for the price. Dell i3583, i5-8265 processor. 8gb memory and256GB ssd. In s-mode for windows, Easy videos on YouTube to change this (I read anyways). Real fast Computer after windows changed I heard. Looks great. Packaged good. Will give update maybe after Christmas. No scratches on screen. Impressed so far, especially for the price. Have 2 unpacking videos. (Actual box it arrived in and actual Dell box.)
