Fast & Gorgeous! The Perfect Phone! Bought my new Samsung Galaxy S10+ 128GB (US version – single SIM, Snapdragon processor) on Prime Days 7-15-19, sold by Samsung, & fulfilled by Amazon. I got the best deal on an unlocked version I was able to find anywhere w/o a plan. The Device Does not Work When I received the device I hit the power button and it didn’t turn on, connect the cable and it didn’t turn on, and with wireless charging neither. However, when I left it for 15 minutes with wireless charging, it turned on and I was able to configure it normally. After setting it up, notice that the volume up key doesn’t work and the volume was raised randomly. Wireless charge notification was later activated without placing it on the charge pad.
